Abstract
On June 5, 2026, Abdurashid Zhurakulovich Khamraev, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, pediatric surgeon of the highest category, an excellent healthcare worker of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an academician of the International Academy “Turan” (Republic of Uzbekistan), the International Academy of Ecology and Life Safety Sciences (Russian Federation) and the Antique World Academy (Germany), turns 70. Zhurakulovich entered the Samarkand State Medical Institute, graduating with honors in 1980 with a degree in pediatrics. From 1980 to 1981, he completed an internship, and from 1985 to 1987, he completed a clinical residency in pediatric surgery at the Central Asian Pediatric Medical Institute. From 1982 to 1990, he worked as a practicing pediatric surgeon at the Karakul Central District Hospital in the Bukhara Region.
